Irish Budget 2026

We note that the recent Budget appears to have good news relating to R&D, with increases in tax credits. We also note the “R&D Compass”: “which will consider targeted changes to the R&D tax credit to better align with industry practices, for example in the areas of outsourcing and qualifying expenditure definitions.”
