As we approach Chrismastime we have always taken this opportunity to post a Christmas card as our way of sending season’s greetings but also keeping in touch. This year we have decided to change our approach. In lieu of sending Christmas cards we are making an additional donation, to a local charity, St. Michael’s Centre here in Bandon.
St. Michael’s Centre is a community centre providing information, support and resources to enable and support older people to live independently in their community and provide them with a range of choice based, high quality supports and services. They are undergoing a major renovation at the moment.
